THE VISION
VISION - CHURCH PLANTING
The Pakistan church building and planting mission, an integral part of Heaven on Earth Church Ministries, is committed to advancing the Gospel and establishing vibrant Christian communities throughout Pakistan. Under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Florence Montegu (USA) and Pastor Shakar Masih (Pakistan), our mission focuses on planting churches in most remote and poverished areas of Pakistan, that embody the teachings of Jesus Christ and serve as beacons of hope in their respective areas.
MISSION
Our mission is clear: to engage in church planting efforts that nurture faith, foster community, and spread the message of salvation. We envision a thriving landscape of churches across Pakistan, where believers can gather for worship, fellowship, and mutual support. We are very diligent in making sure we take care of the widows and orphans, and those in modern-day slavery. Our ultimate goal is to free and empower individuals and families through the transformative power of faith, encouraging them to become active participants in their communities.
HOME CHURCH MINISTRY
With local pastors, we encourage the establishment of small home gatherings where believers can share their faith and grow spiritually. These intimate settings allow for personal connections and lay the groundwork for larger congregations. We want to meet the people who are getting saved right there where they live, to enable consistent discipleship and day-to-day support. This strategy helps cultivate strong relationships among members and invites new individuals into the fold.
COMMUNAL ENGAGEMENT
In addition to home Heaven on Earth churches, we actively work to plant traditional congregations that serve as communal hubs for worship and teaching. These churches provide a vital space for believers to come together and experience a sense of belonging. At the heart of our mission lies community service and outreach. Heaven on Earth Church Planting and Building Mission is dedicated to addressing the needs of the local population through various programs and initiatives. By demonstrating Christ’s love through acts of kindness and support, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, embodying the spirit of Christian community outreach.
SCHOOLING IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A FUTURE
Many congregations God has brought in so far have tens of children unschooled, youth uneducated. Our desire is to build schools, hire a teacher and give them an opportunity.
DEVELOPING LOCAL LEADERSHIP
A fundamental part of our mission is the training and development of local leaders. We provide resources, mentorship, and support to emerging pastors and church leaders, equipping them with the
knowledge and skills needed to effectively lead their congregations. This empowerment ensures that the churches we plant are sustainable and deeply rooted in their communities.
Pastor Shakir Masih
Pastor Shakir is a modern-day Paul. He strives to bring the harvest as fast and as effectively as possible, while caring deeply for his flock, which he disciples faithfully. He has surrounded himself with a strong team of local pastors and has trained Sunday School teachers for each location he has developed so far. Every Friday morning (US EST), I teach their youth group. We have been doing so for 2 years now. In October 2024, I went to visit them. What an amazing ministry! So much to do and so little time. Let's rally behind Pastor Shakir, Pastor Gulzar, Pastor Dildar, Sister Fahrat, and many others who have sacrificially laid down their lives to see the gospel of Jesus Christ preached in this region. The persecution of the Muslim leadership is very real there and they truly put their lives on the line.
OUR PLEAD
As you can imagine, the need is great. Building materials, school supplies, teacher salary, small business grants, etc....
Remember you are the hope of millions, persecuted by the leadership of the country....We have much to do.
We will do either way, but not become part of the greatest move of God in the Punjab region of Pakistan. The body of Christ there needs your help, prayers, even ministry.

Our God is a God of multiplication. Consider this, what if we all sow $5 per month - the equivalent of one coffee per month! We have a church, a school. We can hire an additional teacher for math perhaps. We can purchase chairs, and a sound system for the church, workbooks and pencils for children, whose families can't afford this kind of supplies.
